New onion and smoked salmon salad
Cut the new onions into very thin slices at right angles to the fibers. To make the circle more useful, don't tear apart.
Leave the slices in slices and soak in water or ice water for about 10 minutes.
Place smoked salmon on a plate and pour in lemon juice and olive oil. Place well-drained soaked onion on top, garnish with dill, caper, Italian parsley, and spread French dressing to finish.
