Cucumber with cheese
Chop the cherry tomatoes into small chunks and cut the pickles into small cubes
Rub salt into the cucumber, cut it lengthwise and trim a small piece off the side to make it more stable
Place the slices cut side up, season with salt and pepper, and then alternate between cherry tomatoes and 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese
Place pickles and torn basil leaves on top of the cheese
