Cold pasta with olive and shiso leaf paste

This refreshing cold pasta dish is super easy to make, as all you have to do is mix it in a bowl
How to make it

Start boiling the spaghettini. Mix the spaghettini with olive oil, shiso paste, and diced cherry tomatoes in a bowl

Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the bowl in (1) and season with a little salt and Italian parsley

Place on a plate, top with shiso leaves and black olives, and you're done

  • cherry tomatoes Diced

  • salt

  • black olives for finishing.
    Small amount
  • shiso leaves for garnish (soak in water)
