Shrimp and broccoli salad

Don't overcook the shrimp. It's good for cold water when cooled, but it's sweeter and more delicious when it cools naturally.

How to make it

Remove the shrimp from the back cotton and boil it in salt for about 1 minute. Let it cool and peel off the shells.

Divide the broccoli into small florets and boil in salt for about 2 minutes.

Slice the onions into thin slices.
