Fried rice
Chop the char siu and ham roughly, and cut the assatsuki into small pieces. Beat the eggs and loosen the crab meat.
Pour beaten eggs in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of salad oil and quickly add the rice.
Use the back of the ladle to make the rice and egg even, pounding it.
Fry the frying pan, and when the rice is crispy, add the char siu, ham, and crab meat and stir-fry it further.
Season with [A] and stir-fry it in a stir-fry manner, then add the seasoning and it's finished.
