Cut the bonito into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with a little salt

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry the bonito skin side down

Once browned, flip over and cook until golden brown all over

Sprinkle with a little salt, place on a plate, and top with pink peppercorns to finish
