Grilled bonito with salt
Grilled in sesame oil for a rich flavor. It's delicious even for those with bonito spines, but once you get the harass (belly part), be sure to grill it with salt. It's fatty and very tasty.
How to make it

Cut the bonito easily and sprinkle with a little salt.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the bonito from the skin.

Once browned, turn it over and cook the whole thing golden brown.

Sprinkle a little salt, place it on a plate, and top with pink pepper to finish.
