Bonito pickled somen noodles

Pull the bonito skin and shave thinly.

Soak the bonito from [1] in a bowl containing [A] for a few minutes.

Place the boiled somen noodles in a bowl and pour in the combined [B]. Place [2] on top of it, then add sliced sudachi and it's finished.
