Somen noodles with marinated bonito
After boiling the somen noodles, wash them thoroughly under running water until the cloudy water disappears. Then squeeze out all the water. This will remove the oily smell and slime, allowing you to enjoy their natural flavor.
Peel the skin off the bonito and slice it into thin strips
