Spicy vinegar miso

I've made a rich mustard miso sauce with a hint of sesame flavor. Enjoy it generously on your favorite ingredients such as firefly squid, green onions, udo (Japanese spikenard), rapeseed blossoms, konjac, and octopus!
Tube mustard is less spicy, so if you're using that type, it's best to add about 5g.
