Steamed chicken with sake sesame sauce

Sprinkle the surface of the chicken thighs with 1/2 tablespoon salt.

Without oiling in a frying pan, cook the chicken skin down until it is browned thoroughly, then cook the back side for about 30 seconds and remove.

Place the grilled chicken on a bat with kelp on it, pour 3 tablespoons of sake and cover it with aluminum foil and steam for 20 minutes.

Put 2 tablespoons of steamed soup from [3] in a bowl and [A] in order, mix well to make sesame seeds.

Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil, add bean sprouts and a small amount of salt (not included) and quickly stir-fry.

Cut the steamed chicken easily and serve on a plate. Add fried bean sprouts and pour in [4] to finish. You can pour chili oil if you like.
