Sake-steamed chicken with sesame sauce
Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of salt over the surface of the chicken thighs
In a frying pan without adding oil, place the chicken skin side down and cook until golden brown, then cook the other side for about 30 seconds and remove from the frying pan
Place the grilled chicken on top of the tray with the kelp, pour 3 tablespoons of sake over it, cover tightly with aluminum foil, and steam for 20 minutes
Put 2 tablespoons of the steamed juice from [3] and then [A] into a bowl, in that order, and mix well to make the sesame sauce
Heat 1 tablespoon of peanut oil, add the bean sprouts and a little salt (not included in the recipe), and stir-fry briefly
Cut the steamed chicken into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. Garnish with the stir-fried pea sprouts and pour over [4]. You can also add chili oil to taste
