Eel and omelette rice
Place rice and cut eel on a plate in advance.

Add the fresh cream to two eggs and mix well. Melt butter into a frying pan and pour the egg mixture in one go.
Shaking the frying pan, stir the whole thing with chopsticks, making it into a semi-boiled scrambled egg.
Once it's hardened to a certain extent, move it towards the back of the frying pan.
Lightly make a fist with your right hand and tap the handle of the frying pan. Repeat this several times and then reel it in and mold it by shifting it forward.
