Chrysanthemum and Jaco Pasta

How to make it

Cut the chrysanthemum into chunks. Heat A in a frying pan and fry the small sardines

Boil the spaghetti until firm (1 minute before the recommended cooking time. Here, we boiled it for 2 minutes and 30 seconds)

Add the chrysanthemum to a frying pan and stir fry briefly, then add salt and coarsely ground black pepper, add the spaghetti cooking water (60cc, not included in the recipe) and simmer for a while

Add the boiled spaghetti to a frying pan, add olive oil, salt, coarsely ground black pepper and parsley and mix well

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with parsley to finish
