Swordfish stewed in soy sauce
Chop the swordfish into pieces, pour soy sauce over it and lightly season it.
Heat the salad oil and slowly fry the seasoned swordfish. It's a good idea to tilt the frying pan and spread the oil over the swordfish.
Fry 1 tablespoon of scallion oil in a heated frying pan.
Add fried fried swordfish, [B] and mix well.
Cover and simmer for a few minutes. Finish by pouring sesame oil and scallion oil in and adding a scent to it.
