Sautéed cod butter
Season the cod with salt and coarsely ground black pepper and coat with plain flour
Boil the spinach briefly, drain the water, chop it into chunks, and fry in butter
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the cod skin side down and fry until cooked on both sides, then remove from the frying pan
Add A to the frying pan in step 3, add a little water (not included in the recipe), and thicken to finish the sauce
Place spinach on a plate, top with cod, pour over 4 and sprinkle with parsley to finish
