Sautéed cod butter

Be sure to cook from the skin.
How to make it

The cod is covered in salt, coarsely simmered black pepper and sprinkled with flour.

Quickly boil the spinach, drain and saute it in butter.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the cod through the skin, bake, and bake on both sides to remove.

Add A to the frying pan 3, add water (a little bit less), thicken it and finish the sauce.

Sprinkle spinach on a plate, top with cod, pour 4 and sprinkle with parsley and it's done.
