Sautéed cod butter

Always cook the skin side first
How to make it

Season the cod with salt and coarsely ground black pepper and coat with plain flour

Boil the spinach briefly, drain the water, chop it into chunks, and fry in butter

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add the cod skin side down and fry until cooked on both sides, then remove from the frying pan
