Clam sand removal

The concentration of salted water is important for clams. It's easy to make with 500ml water and 15g of salt.

How to make it

Scrub the clams together and wash them with water.

Dissolve 15g of salt in 500ml of water to make salted water.

Layer colanders in a bowl and add clams.

Pour in salted water.

Cover with aluminum foil to darken it.

Leave at room temperature for about an hour to let the sand spit out.

Place the clams in a colander and leave for 30 minutes.

Take it out into a container and ready to use it.
