Cucumber and wakame vinegared food
After weaving the cucumbers, wash them and slice them into thin slices.
Leave with salt for 10 minutes and squeeze well with water.
Remove the wakame, drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix vinegar, sugar and soy sauce and mix with cucumber and wakame.
Add shredded ginger and mix lightly and place in a bowl.
