How to make it

After rubbing the cucumber, wash it and cut it into thin slices

Rub with salt and leave for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water

Remove the salt from the wakame, drain and cut into bite-sized pieces

Mix the vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce together and toss with the cucumber and wakame seaweed

Add the shredded ginger, mix lightly, and serve in a bowl
