Burdock salad

How to make it

Cut the burdock and carrots into 5cm shredded pieces and soak them in vinegared water.

Boil the burdock in boiling water for 2 minutes and the carrots for 1 minute and drain the water.

While it's hot, add soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil and let cool.

When it cools, add mayonnaise and white sesame seeds and mix well.

Sprinkle some shichimi in a bowl.
