Chinese-style vermicelli salad
Boil the vermicelli in boiling water for the indicated time, rinse in cold water and cut into bite-sized pieces
Julienne the cucumber and thinly slice the ham and thinly sliced egg
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and chili oil in a bowl
Add the vermicelli and ingredients and toss until the sauce is thoroughly coated
Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish
