Chinese-style vermicelli salad
Boil the vermicelli in boiling water for the indicated time, then tighten with cold water to cut it easily.
Shred the cucumbers and shredded ham and thinly roasted eggs.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and chili oil in a bowl.
Add the vermicelli and ingredients and mix until the sauce is all mixed together.
Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes and allow the flavor to blend.
Place it in a dish and sprinkle white sesame seeds to finish off.
