How to make it

Cut the root vegetables and konjac easily and boil them.

Return the dried shiitake mushrooms and slice them into thin slices.

Put the dashi stock in a pot, add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to boil.

Add the ingredients, cover and simmer until the liquid is low.

Place in a bowl and decorate with boiled silken pods and you're done.
