Potato miso soup
The potatoes are attractive for their crunchy feel. If you don't have any fish, we recommend replacing it with onions and adding some sweetness.
How to make it

Slice the potatoes into thin slices and shredded onions.

Heat the dashi stock and add the vegetables and simmer until soft.

Turn off the heat, melt the miso, and lightly heat it without bringing it to a boil.
