Grilled salmon with foil
The aroma of butter goes well with salmon and mushrooms. You can substitute enoki mushrooms with maitake mushrooms!Remove the stems from the shimeji and enoki mushrooms and separate them into small clusters
Unfold the aluminum foil and place the mushrooms flat on top
Place the salt and peppered salmon on top
Sprinkle with soy sauce and sake, and top with salted butter
Seal the foil tightly to seal
Bake in a frying pan or oven for 15 minutes
