Grilled salmon with foil

Remove the shimeji mushrooms and enoki mushrooms and divide them into small florets.
Spread the aluminum foil and place the mushrooms flat.
Place salted and peppered salmon on top.
Sprinkle with soy sauce and sake and top with salted butter.
Close the foil tightly.
Steam in a frying pan or oven for 15 minutes.
