How to make it

Return the dried radish with water for 30 minutes and squeeze out the water.

Slice the carrots and thinly slice the deep-fried tofu.

Put the dashi stock in a pot, add soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and sake and heat.

Once the seasoning liquid has warmed, add the ingredients and simmer over medium heat.

Turn low heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the flavor soaks in.

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds if you like to finish.
