Steamed lotus root sesame seeds

Peel the lotus roots, turn them into pieces, and steam them in a steamer for about 8 minutes.
Spread the sesame-synthesized base with bonito dashi (or water) and mix well to make sesame seeds. Beat the egg whites until they are shiny.
Remove the steamed lotus root, place the whipped egg whites on top, and steam again for 1-2 minutes.
Take it on a plate and pour the prepared sesame seeds over it and it's finished.
