Meatballs

This meatball is made with starch syrup, and is characterized by its smooth, sweet sauce. It would also be good for lunch boxes.

How to make it

Chop the onions roughly, quickly pour them into hot water and remove them in a colander to remove the smell.

Add minced meat, hot onions, whole eggs, raw bread crumbs, and [A] to a bowl and knead well to make seeds.

The seeds you made are made into a golf ball size, fry them golden brown with hot oil, and then take them out into a bat.

Heat the seasonings from [B] and make sauce.

Once the sauce has boiled, add the fried meatballs and mix them with the sauce and it's finished.

  • Worcester sauce
    1 tablespoon
  • Dark soy sauce
    1 tablespoon
  • potato starch
    1 tablespoon
  • Fried oil
    Appropriate amount

    Water syrup
    3 tablespoons
  • Dark soy sauce
    4 tbsp
  • Worcester sauce
    3 tablespoons
  • water
    4 tbsp
  • Sesame oil
    1/2 tsp
