Meatballs
Chop the onions roughly, quickly pour them into hot water and remove them in a colander to remove the smell.
Add minced meat, hot onions, whole eggs, raw bread crumbs, and [A] to a bowl and knead well to make seeds.
The seeds you made are made into a golf ball size, fry them golden brown with hot oil, and then take them out into a bat.
Heat the seasonings from [B] and make sauce.
Once the sauce has boiled, add the fried meatballs and mix them with the sauce and it's finished.
