Corn dashi
The core and whiskers are often thrown away, but they are nutritious, so use them as dashi.
How to make it

Place the corn core and whiskers in a pot, pour over the water, shaved bonito flakes, and kelp, and heat.

After boiling for about 15 minutes, strain and finish.
