How to make it

Prepare vinegared rice. (Add 10% of the vinegar from nigiri sushi to rice cooked in 90% of the water and mix.)

Cut the grilled beef in miso-pickled thinly.

Place a small amount of wasabi or spicy on vinegared rice and make a bite.
