How to make it

Lightly grill the seaweed over an open flame, and when it's crispy, loosen it with your hands and place in a bowl.

Add [A] to a nori bowl and mix well.

Warm [B] in a pot, quickly shabu-shabu beef sirloin meat, add it to a nori bowl and mix it to it to finish.
