Panna Cotta

Don't bring the fresh cream to a boil, but heat it to about 80 degrees. Mix the ingredients and strain them, then cool them with ice water and mix them to give them a professional finish.
How to make it
1

Put the fresh cream, granulated sugar, and A in a pot and leave for about an hour to add a scent, then heat the sugar over a heater, heat it to about 80°C, add a plate of gelatin to dissolve it.

2

Strain 1 and cool it with ice water, mix gently with a rubber spatula to remove the rough heat, place it in a mold, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge to harden.

3

Once it has hardened, remove it from the mold and place in a bowl, sprinkle with caramel sauce and garnish with raspberry, blueberries and mint.
