Put the cream, granulated sugar, and A into a pot and leave for about an hour to develop the aroma. Then heat it up to dissolve the sugar and heat it to about 80°C, then add the gelatin sheets and dissolve

Strain step 1 and cool it in ice water while stirring lightly with a rubber spatula to remove the heat. Pour into a mold, wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until set

Once set, remove from the mold and place in a serving dish, drizzle with caramel sauce, and garnish with raspberries, blueberries, and mint
