Let the beef go to room temperature for about an hour. In a frying pan without oil, cook the sides of the beef 30 to 1 minute each time. Sprinkle pepper all over.

Once you have taken out the grilled beef, put it in a plastic bag, add [A] and let the air out of the bag. (If you soak the bag in water, the air will escape due to the difference in temperature. It's better to put your mouth against the mouth of the bag and inhale the air inside.)
