Cucumber and thread acry
The aroma of sesame oil and garlic, as well as the chewy agar and cucumbers are exquisitely delicious.
How to make it

Peel the cucumber skin with a peeler and cut it into match sticks.

Put the cut cucumbers in a bowl, rub them with salt and wash them thoroughly to remove any moisture.

Add shredded chopsticks and the seasonings [A] and mix well.

Add the agar that has been returned to water and mix lightly tossed.
