Stir-fried bitter melon and somen noodles with balm oil
Cook the somen noodles until slightly al dente.
Remove the seeds from the bitter melon with a spoon and rub in some salt. Once the bitter melon has softened from the salt, slice it thinly.
Heat 2 tablespoons of fragrant oil in a frying pan and slowly fry the shredded ginger until fragrant
Once the ginger aroma has been brought out, add thinly sliced bitter melon, sake, and Chinese soup and bring to a boil
Once the bitter melon is cooked, add the boiled somen noodles and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and it's done
