Fried with butter with hanpen and bean sprouts
Hanpen tends to fade if heated for too long, so it is a good idea to cook it golden brown without overheating it.
How to make it

Cut the hanpen into 4 equal parts. Heat the butter in a frying pan and bake the hanpen. Once both sides are browned and browned, place on a plate.

Fry the bean sprouts in the same frying pan and season them with dark soy sauce. Once it's soft, serve it on a hanpen and it's ready.
