Hanpen tends to shrink if cooked for too long, so it's best to cook it until golden brown without overcooking it
How to make it

Cut the hanpen into 4 pieces. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the hanpen. Once both sides are golden brown, place on a plate

In the same frying pan, fry the pea sprouts and season with dark soy sauce. Once they are soft, serve with the hanpen
