Grilled scallops with Isobe

How to make it

Lightly sprinkle salt on both sides of the scallops. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and bake the scallops. Once browned, turn it over and add a scent with dark soy sauce.

The grilled scallops are sandwiched between seaweed and finished.
