Scallops rice

How to make it

Wash the rice, let it soak for 30 minutes, then put it in a colander and drain it.

Add canned scallops (putting the juice together), bacon, and [A] to drained rice, pour bonito soup stock up to a 2-go line and cook it.

Once cooked, stir and serve in a bowl, then topped with white sesame seeds and shredded shiso leaves.

  • Rice
    2 go
  • Canned scallops boiled water
    2 cans (65g x 2)
  • bacon into 1cm wide
    50g
  • [A]
    Light soy sauce
    1 tablespoon
  • Mirin
    1 tablespoon
  • Alcohol
    1 tablespoon
  • Bonito dashi
    Up to the 2-way line
  • For finishing white sesame
    Appropriate amount
  • For finishing, shredded leaves
    Appropriate amount
