Scallops rice

Wash the rice, let it soak for 30 minutes, then put it in a colander and drain it.
Add canned scallops (putting the juice together), bacon, and [A] to drained rice, pour bonito soup stock up to a 2-go line and cook it.
Once cooked, stir and serve in a bowl, then topped with white sesame seeds and shredded shiso leaves.
