Fig Kumara Kao
Saute the finely chopped figs with butter. If the figs come out of water, remove the crude heat and allow to cool.
Sieve the flour from the dough and knead the ingredients for the dough thoroughly to avoid any mischief.
When the figs in [1] have cooled, stuff them into the bottom of the cup, pour in the dough, and steam for about 10 minutes.
Serve the freshly prepared cream and chopped figs and finished.
