Sugar candy

Fry the peeled chestnuts slowly in frying oil heated to a low temperature of 100-120°C over 15 minutes.

Mix the water and sugar in a frying pan and heat until it is amber.

Add the fried chestnuts over time to [2] and mix well.

Turn off the heat and stir well with a ladle until the sugar water hardens.

Once the sugar is well tangled with the chestnuts, it's finished.
