Sugar candy
Deep fry the peeled chestnuts in oil heated to a low temperature of 100-120°C for 15 minutes
Combine water and sugar in a frying pan and heat until amber in color
Add the slowly fried chestnuts to (2) and mix well
Turn off the heat and stir well with a ladle until the sugar water solidifies
Once the sugar is well coated with the chestnuts, it's done
