How to make it

Open the pre-treated shrimp, sprinkle with salt, pepper and scallion oil and leave for about 5 minutes to season.

Fry the shrimp crisply in deep frying oil heated to 180°C.

Place shojin sauce on the shrimp served on a plate, garnish with clams and mint, and it's finished.
