Crispy shrimp with shojin sauce

How to make it

Cut the prepared shrimp open, sprinkle with salt, pepper and scallion oil and leave for about 5 minutes to season

Deep fry the shrimp in oil heated to 180°C until crispy

Place the shrimp on a plate, top with shojin sauce, and garnish with green onions and mint to complete
