Pork loin with shojin sauce

Slam the pork loin on the back of the knife and stretch it out well.
Sprinkle the beaten pork loin with salt and black pepper. Bake this in a heated frying pan with 1 tablespoon of salad oil until browned.
Heat the pork from above to prevent it from bending. Once browned, cut it into pieces that are easy to eat and serve on a plate.
Heat the frying pan again and heat the shojin sauce. This is spread out with sake, Chinese soup, and oyster sauce, and add water-soluble potato starch to thicken it. Finish with sesame oil to add aroma.
Pork on a plate and pour the sauce from [4] and serve mint.
