Bleached sweet potato with cod roe
Cut the potatoes horizontally into thin slices (you can also use a slicer), then stack the slices and julienne them
Soak in water for about 10 minutes, wrap in a cloth and wipe off the water thoroughly, then mix with cod roe and olive oil
Place in a bowl and top with green onions to finish
