Potatoes rub
Slowly pour water into the shiratama flour and sugar and mix. Once mixed in roughly, add black sesame paste and make a pack.
Roll [1] into small pieces and drop it in boiling water, and when it floats, remove it in ice water.
Steam the potatoes for 15 minutes and peel off the skin. Pour potatoes [A] over a blender to make them smooth.
Pour [3] into a bowl and place the white balls on top to finish.
