Baked apple

How to make it

Cut the apples into quarters, remove the cores and skins, slice into 1.5cm wide pieces and place in A to prevent the colour from changing

Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the apples and fry

Once it has softened a little and turned slightly brown, add the granulated sugar and simmer

Add the cinnamon and mix well, then add the lemon juice and simmer until caramelized

Add the brandy and flambé, then remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Place in a serving dish, top with ice cream, insert langue de chat cookies and garnish with mint
