Fried Matsutake mushrooms

If you wash matsutake mushrooms with water, the scent will also disappear, so gently wipe off the dirt with a wet cloth.
How to make it
1

Carefully wipe off any dirt on the surface of the matsutake mushrooms with a wet cloth.

2

Cut in half lengthwise and add plenty of flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs.

3

Fry in oil heated to 170 degrees for about 3 minutes, then remove, and whisk lightly with salt while it's hot.

4

Rub the fresh wasabi, combine it with [A] and mix well with a whipped stick to make it into a sauce.

5

Sprinkle sauce on a plate and place the fried matsutake mushrooms on top to finish.
