Strawberry jelly
It's surprisingly easy, but it has a high-quality dessert flavor. Use plenty of seasonal strawberries. Be careful as gelatin will not solidify if the temperature is raised too much. 70-80°C is best.
How to make it

Put A in a pot and heat it to about 80°C to avoid boiling.

Add gelatin to dissolve, strain and cool with ice water to remove the crude heat. Add the strawberry slurping for about a minute, aroma, remove, and add B and mix until it's thick.

Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise and place them in a glass, place 2 until the 8th minute and cool in the fridge.

Once it hardens, pour over the sardine strawberries and garnish with mint.
