Strawberry jelly
Put A into a pot and heat to about 80°C without boiling
Add the gelatin sheets and dissolve, strain, and cool in ice water to remove from heat. Add the strawberry stems for about 1 minute to infuse the flavor, then remove from the heat. Add B and mix until thickened
Cut the strawberries in half lengthwise and place them in a glass. Add 2 until it is 80% full and chill in the refrigerator
Once set, top with pureed strawberries and garnish with mint
