Spicy stir-fried beef and vermicelli
Shredded beef loin is rubbed with sake and soy sauce to add seasoning. Add 1 teaspoon potato starch to this.
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the seasoned beef loin and minced white green onions, garlic and ginger.
Add the seasonings from <A> and the vermicelli that has been recycled with water, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
When the soup is at a simmer, add a aroma with sesame oil to finish off, then add the sprinkles and it's finished.
