Spicy stir-fried beef and vermicelli
Rub the shredded beef loin with sake and soy sauce to season, then add 1 teaspoon of potato starch
Heat 1 tablespoon of salad oil in a frying pan and fry the seasoned beef loin along with chopped white onion, garlic and ginger
Once the aroma has come out, add the seasonings in (A) and the vermicelli that has been soaked in water, cover and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes
Once the soup has thickened, add sesame oil to add flavor and garnish with green onions to complete the dish
