Grilled salmon chanchan

Slice the white part of the green onion and the shiitake mushrooms diagonally. Cut the green part of the green onion into thin slices, sprinkle with sugar and lightly rub it.

Stretch the salad oil over aluminum foil, then lay the white pieces of cut shiitake mushrooms and green onions on top, and place the salmon on top. Add miso and add the green onion.

Wrap it softly in aluminum foil and bake in the toaster for about 15 minutes.

Once the salmon is cooked, it's finished. (Please be careful as it's hot.)
