Grilled salmon chanchan
Cut the white part of the green onion and the shiitake mushrooms into thin diagonal slices. Cut the green part of the green onion into thin strips, sprinkle with sugar and rub lightly
Spread salad oil on aluminum foil, then place sliced shiitake mushrooms and the white part of the green onion on top, then place the salmon on top, then top with miso and the green part of the green onion
Wrap loosely in aluminum foil and bake in the toaster for about 15 minutes
Once the salmon is cooked through, it's done. (Please be careful as it is hot.)
