Return the jellyfish in water, boil for 5 minutes and remove any hard shafts.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the jellyfish, peeled shrimp, and raw spinach. When the shrimp is lightly cooked, season with a little salt.
Remove the ingredients into a baking dish, pour in white sauce, sprinkle bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, and bake in a toaster for about 8 minutes.
Once it's cooked, it's finished.
