Chicken and Enoki mushroom soup

Cut the chives into 2-3cm long pieces, and cut the enoki mushrooms into half lengths, using the stones to cut them.

Heat the bonito soup stock and add the chives and chopped mushrooms.

Once it boils, add [A] to adjust the flavor.

Finally, break two eggs. Once it's cooked half-boiled without stirring it, it's finished. Gently transfer to a dish and it's finished.
