Chicken and Enoki mushroom soup

Cut the chives into 2-3cm lengths, remove the stems from the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half
Heat the bonito stock and add the chives and enoki mushrooms
Once boiling, add [A] and adjust the seasoning
Finally, crack two eggs into the mixture. Leave it to cook until it is half-cooked without stirring. Gently transfer to a serving dish and it's done
