Add egg yolk and 15g of the upper sugar in a bowl to make it whitish and mix well with a whipped whisk until it falls into a ribbon when lifted.

Put the egg whites and remaining upper sugar from ① in a separate bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until corners are formed.

Put a small amount of ② in the bowl ① and mix the whole thing with a rubber spatula and mix, then add all the remaining ② and mix.

Combine the cake flour and cornstarch, sieve it into ③, mix gently with a rubber spatula, and place in a piping bag with a round bottle.

Line an oven sheet on a baking sheet, draw a line in the middle, squeeze out ④ to 8cm length, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and bake in an oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
