Parsley and egg omelette

Add the eggs and [A] to a bowl and mix well.

Chop the parsley into small pieces, add to [1] and mix further.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture. Shaking the frying pan, stir the whole thing with chopsticks, making it into a semi-boiled scrambled egg.

Once it's hardened to a certain extent, move it towards the back of the frying pan.

Lightly make a fist with your right hand and tap the handle of the frying pan. Repeat this several times and then reel it in and mold it by shifting it forward.

Transfer to a plate and topped with black pepper to finish.
