Oyster rice

This rice is cooked in a rice cooker with oyster stock and is easy to make in a rice cooker.

How to make it

Soak the rice in plenty of water for 30 minutes and drain it with a colander.

Gently shake the oysters with running water, drain and chop them into pieces that are easy to eat.
Fried tofu is finely chop the oil without removing the oil.

Add [A], oysters, and fried tofu to the rice and cook it.

Once cooked, place the whole dish in a stirrer and topped with green seaweed to finish.

    Bonito dashi
    150cc
  • If you don't have steamed oysters, you can use bonito soup stock

  • Light soy sauce
    1 tablespoon
  • Mirin
    1 tablespoon
  • Alcohol
    2 tbsp
