Shiitake mushroom niboshi
After removing the vein from the shrimp, pound them with the flat side of a knife to finely chop them
Mix the finely chopped onion and shrimp (1) thoroughly. Add salt, flour, and mayonnaise and mix until the mixture becomes sticky
After removing the stems, coat the shiitake mushrooms with a small amount of flour. Then, stuff the inside of the mushroom cap with [2]
Bake in the toaster for about 10 minutes, and when the surface is golden brown it's done
